Step 1

Buy online

Study and choose your drawing package, required addons and buy securely online. You’ll receive our comprehensive guide on how to provide the necessary information.

Step 2

Validation

We validate your submitted information (measurements, images and details). At this point we confirm which local authority application is required and remaining balance. You’ll also be asked to confirm you are happy to proceed.

Step 3

Design & sign off

We produce the concept & design drawings (2D & 3D visuals) within your chosen turnaround time and obtain your approval. Once approved, the Building Control drawings are completed and the remaining balance is paid.

Step 4

Application submission

We complete and submit the necessary application to your local authority. We act as your agent and oversee the whole process.

Step 5

Receive your design & technical drawing pack

When the application is submitted, you will receive the design drawings along with a comprehensive Building Control drawing package to supply to your chosen builder/contractor and Building Control company.
