About
Our approach
Building a home extension is a big commitment. It can give you a better lifestyle, creating the living space you’ve dreamed of to enjoy with your family and friends.
It all starts with quality planning drawings, to bring your vision to life. That’s where we come in. We established Online Plans to help you get the drawings you need to start your project, quickly. With more than 15 years’ experience in architectural design and construction, we know what works, what doesn’t and can use that knowledge to guide you through the process to help you create the living space of your dreams.
With bags of creativity, technical ability and industry expertise, we produce high-quality planning, building regulation and Building Control drawings, quickly and affordable, to help you start your journey towards a better living space.

Lee

I am the founder and lead designer with over two decades of architectural design experience ensuring all drawing work meets our exceptional high standards. I have a true passion for house extensions, not only the design but how a new space can change the way people & families live. To be trusted to help homeowners realise what is possible is an honour and something I am very proud to be part of. I also founded Online Plans’ sister company, Design Living Space.

James
Architectural Technologist
With over 15 years experience in architecture, I believe I have found my niche focusing on house extensions. I love the scope of variety and the challenge of creating a space that homeowners long for. I really enjoy producing the 3D visuals and enabling homeowners to visualise their dream house extension, moments like these make my job worthwhile.
Dave
Architectural Technician
I have over a decade of experience in producing house extension drawings for homeowners needing extra space. Although I do really enjoy being creative, my real passion is the technical side of things, especially the Building Control drawings. I enjoy studying the fabric and build up of buildings and exploring new construction methods.
Design Living Space
Our sister company, Design Living Space, offers a different approach to getting high quality architectural drawings and support to help you obtain planning permission for residential projects such as room builds, extensions and conversions.
If you’re seeking planning permission or building regulations approval, Design Living Space provides technical drawings and support through a personal, easy-to-use service.
